In the Running

Welcome 2015! We are off to the races with 24 contracts closed or pending for a total volume of $7,014,500 already!

Here on the coast of South Carolina, our market has drastically improved; we are starting to see a shortage of inventory and that can push prices up again. Our market isn't running away but we see some positive responses and a great deal of action. As a whole, 2014 was a great year for myself and teammate Amy L. Smith, as The Shoemaker-Smith Team ended with a 'best year yet' totaling 83 closed contracts (52 listings, 31 buyers, 8 dual) for a total volume of $24,122,504!!  Hard work truly does pay off and with such a great team, we feel we will have another super year!
