The area's real estate market seems to have taken a slight turn for the better in recent months and we can hope 2012 has good things in-store for buyers and sellers alike! As 2009 winds down, there has been some improvement on the number of buyers checking out the area.  Angie Shoemaker currently has 12 contracts in the process of closing to add to the 18 contracts she closed already this year.  In all, the total is $8,467,151 in volume, and 20 of the contracts were on Angie's listings.
