Come to the Grand Strand to enjoy the fantastic weather, shimmering sand, sparkling warm waters, bright blue skies, beautiful green fairways & a vast array of attractions!

Hi.

I was born in Brooklyn, NY in the Fabulous Fifties and moved to Ozone Park, Queens, NY shortly thereafter. In 1985 I moved to Bergen County NJ (Allendale, Mahwah & Ramsey). After raising 3 fine children (= 3 grandchildren), sending them to college and setting them up in careers on Wall Street, we moved to Willbrook Plantation, Pawleys Island, SC in 1997.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I enjoyed a great career on Wall Street in the Municipal Bond Field as a Trader, Underwriter and Broker. Five of my 25+ years were spent at Cantor Fitzgerald on the 105th floor of the WTC where I became the firm's first female Vice President. The Negotiating skills I acquired sure do help in the Real Estate Industry!

My wonderful husband Bob, spent 27 years at Merrill Lynch as a Municipal Bond Trader, VP, running various trading departments for 21 of those years. He was also a registered New Jersey Realtor and greatly helps me with the chores of being a Realtor.

I believe in lots of advertising and spend a lot of money on it. Monthly I have a three full page ad in Homes and Land magazine, and a one page ad in Carolina Real Estate magazine. I also advertise in Beach & Golf Homes, the Myrtle Beach Sun News, The Coastal Observer, and heavily over the Internet. I believe in open houses for both other Realtors and for the general public. I can market and sell all over the USA and globally. Through RE/MAX we can expose your property to a large number of buyers and through our referral network, we are constantly placing people who are investing, retiring and relocating. Re/Max is one of the North America's leading real estate organizations, has more than 7,028 offices, 115,267 agents, and is currently in 65 countries. Our RE/MAX logo is known worldwide.

If you are in the market to buy or sell or know any friends or relatives that want to buy or sell, please call me so we can work together on your or their Real Estate needs. Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX and on the Grand Strand, There‘s Angie!

...Along the Grand Strand, luminous waves crash into exceptionally beautiful sandy beaches that are home to seagulls and loggerhead sea turtles, among other marine life. Just within the gates of Brookgreen Gardens, over 9,200 acres of incredibly gorgeous gardens, walking trails and natural animal habitats can be found. Being one of the locals' favorite getaways, this old Rice Plantation is not only a great historical treasure but also home to the coveted Southern Living House. The many venues in the area offer numerous concerts, festivals and events of all kinds; certainly something to suit everyone. With such beautiful weather throughout most of the year, one could play golf almost everyday at a different course and seemingly never run out of places to try. There are so many wonderful things to find along the Strand, such as fishing charters, water sports, shopping, spas, nightlife and more restaurants than one could imagine. Murrells Inlet is known for its charm, hospitality and most of all, the seafood! The arts and cultural development of the area is incredibly vast, with many local artists, comedians, musicians and more bringing their craft to the public eye! Come down to the strand and find your place!

MY HISTORY AS A REALTOR... I think you'll agree, it adds up to "RESULTS"!

I started with RE/MAX "By the Sea" in February 2002 and after two weeks of training and passing the State test, I found myself sitting at my desk with a solitary phone. I called my husband and asked, "now what?"... Then my foot got stuck on the accelerator! My first closing ever was in May and I went on to close 17contracts in that year, while attaining RE/MAX's prestigious 100% Club. Not a bad start for a Rookie!

2003 - I started thinking about giving up golf due to the time it took to do the job correctly and I went on to close 43 contracts, and once again the 100% Club!

2004 - My golf bag gathered cobwebs as the Grand Strand continued to be sought after and I worked more than ever with the results being 74 closings, becoming the first ‘By the Sea' agent ever to attain their very prestigious Platinum Club, #6 Top Individual Producer in the whole state of South Carolina, #32 in the Carolina's and now being ‘By the Sea's' Top Producer. Add to that being named "South Carolina Woman" magazine's Woman of The Month for September issue, what a year!!!

2005 - Working more than ever (what are those strange clubs in a bag in my garage for), I ended the year with 81 contracts (34 homes, 31 condos, and 16 land) making me the 9th highest individual producer in the Carolinas. In South Carolina itself, I was the #2 individual producer. I became the first ‘By the Sea' agent to achieve RE/MAX's highest annual award, the Chairman's Club. I was also inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame just 3 years after becoming a Realtor. Possibly a record!

2006- 49 Closings (19 Homes, 20 Condos, & 10 Land/Lots). I was proud to be Top Individual Producer for RE/MAX by the Sea for the 3rd year in a row. Once again #2 Top Individual Producer in the state of South Carolina and also once again, #9 in the Carolina's! Also I was Chosen by Real Estate Magazine in their July Article, "Realtors on the Rise," as one of their Top 50 in the USA! Another great year!

2007- I started the year by being named winner of BOTH the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce's I.C.E. (Impeccable Customer Experience) Awards in the Real Estate Category. I ended the year with 43 closed contracts, resulting in my being the #1 RE/MAX Individual Producer on the Grand Strand, #1 ‘By the Sea' for the 4th year in a row, #4 in the whole state of SC and once again a Platinum Club member. In September, I was honored and commended by the SC House of Representatives for my "hard work and dedication to the community."

I started 2008 by once again being named the winner of the Chamber of Commerce's I.C.E. Award in the Real Estate Business Category and am the only 3-time winner in the Awards' History in any category. Despite the quiet market, 2008 was a great year, with the closing of 34 contracts and I was the #1 RE/MAX Individual Producer on the Grand Strand and #2 in the State of South Carolina for 2008.

Here's looking forward to a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2009!

My desk with a solitary phone has now become a cluttered office of info, another office at home, five computers in all, 2 cell phones, 2 faxes, about 15,000 miles a year on my car and assistants of various responsibilities and hours. Needless to say, my hours are long and my days "off" scarce, but I still thoroughly enjoy helping clients attain their Real Estate goals and still work as hard as ever to achieve such. I believe in listening to my clients and stopping short at nothing to make sure, as a buyer, they see everything in the area that is available to them. As a sellers' agent, my goal is to expose your property to everyone who is a potential buyer that is in the market.
