The sun is shining above in the bright blue sky, birds are chirping in the old mossy oaks, the sweet smell of saltwater fills the air that is warming up... Summertime is fast-approaching! As we progress toward the mid-year mark, I look back in amazement and go forward with hope in continuing what has been a great year so far! The real estate market in our neck of the woods seems to be doing much better in recent months and I feel it is because prices are not going up but coming down to a level that buyers can afford. We can hope that the increased activity continues for buyers and sellers alike!
