Now that we are merging into fall and the off-season, locally speaking, I am optimistic that the real estate market will continue to improve. Here, in the Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet areas, it appears that we are coming back considerably strong. It continues to be a buyer's market and those with cash are King! It seems that the sellers have adjusted to the new market according to their listing prices and they are firmly sticking to them. We have had some great sales; I am currently at 76 contracts, just over $24,000,000 in volume for the year. Year-to-Date I am #98 of 53,000 RE/MAX Agents, #1 between North & South Carolina RE/MAX agents and the #2 agent on the entire Grand Strand out of 1,875 agents.
