Here on the coast of South Carolina, our market has drastically improved; we are starting to see a shortage of inventory and that can push prices up again. Our market isn't running away but we see some positive responses and a great deal of action. As a whole, 2014 was a great year for myself and teammate Amy L. The sun is shining above in the bright blue sky, birds are chirping in the old mossy oaks, the sweet smell of saltwater fills the air that is warming up... Summertime is fast-approaching! As 2009 winds down, there has been some improvement on the number of buyers checking out the area.  Angie Shoemaker currently has 12 contracts in the process of closing to add to the 18 contracts she closed already this year.  In all, the total is $8,467,151 in volume, and 20 of the contracts were on Angie's listings. Once again, the Shoemaker name is expected to be ranked highly on the RE/MAX ladder!
