Update

I feel so fortunate to have found the Pawleys Island area! I went for a walk along the beach this morning and viewed a sunrise so beautiful, that I actually just stopped and said ‘Thank You, God for another beautiful day.’

 The real estate market is doing better with a lot of the good buys being put under contract and also the homes that are in great shape. It seems that people are looking for the ‘cream of the crop’ and those who are looking now, are finding them.

 Last night, Bob (my husband) and I went to the movies to see Grown Ups. I absolutely recommend this movie, since it brings back so many great memories of the more tranquil lives of past years. I was laughing so hard, at my age that could be hazardous!  I feel that in this tough economy with its ups and downs we could all use a good laugh every now and then.

I just want to let you know I am still alive & well and truly still very busy with real estate that is why I don't have time to blog as much as I would like.
